Thinking People Collective
The Thinking People Collective is a different type of “team”. We are a carefully selected network of experienced consultants, each with a unique, meaningful perspective and a commitment to meeting both your short and long-term goals.
It can be challenging when various consultants come in without common ground or consistent language. Through our collective, Thinking People brings in the right experts at the right time, through a flexible, scalable, single-vendor solution. We come together as “one” for our engagements, so you get the expertise of a broader collective all under one vendor – win, win for all.
We leverage our diverse experience at some of the world’s leading companies, to smaller companies and nonprofits, in wide-ranging industries to develop a deep understanding of your organization. Then, we create a unique, custom solution based on your strategic learning objectives, organizational needs, desired business results, and the size and stage of your company. We are committed to providing a solution that fits with you and your team, in your company.
Whether you need 1:1 executive coaching, facilitated workshops, keynote speakers or entire professional and career development programs, we have the experience and expertise to help you.
